Pet Policy
- monthly rent is $30.00
- Pet Fee $350.00
- Restrictions: Only (2) pets per-apartment. Rottweilers & Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bull Dogs, Cane Carso are restricted breeds and are not allowed to be on the site at any time!
- CATS must be spayed/neutered, with a letter from the attending veterinarian. Cats are not allowed outside your apartment at any time.
- DOGS can be no larger than 75 pounds in weight at full growth, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the landlord.
